Troubleshoot Issues with Group Playback from Music Center (SongPal)

    Below are some of the most common issues you may encounter with the group playback feature of the Music Center (SongPal™) app and steps to troubleshoot them:

    • Can't create a group with Music Center:

    • Can't find the group I created:

    • Windows® Media® Player doesn't display a group created or edited with Music Center.

    • After creating a group with Music Center, devices are displayed separately on the Google Cast™ app.

    • Can't play songs on a single speaker with the Media Go software.
