The following suggestions define what is causing the distorted picture or out of sync video and audio when using the Screen Mirroring feature of your TV.
- The Screen Mirroring feature uses the 2.4 GHz frequency signal for the wireless connection. Since this signal frequency encounters a lot of interference and noisy environments, packet collision may sometimes occur. Even though we have implemented noise-reducing countermeasures to improve the image quality, our TV software cannot guarantee that there is no packet loss during transmissions.
- Wireless devices, such as a router, cordless phone, wireless TV receiver, radio, wireless camera, Bluetooth® device, or microwave, emit strong radio waves that may disrupt Screen Mirroring performance. We recommend that these wireless devices be placed far from the TV and mobile phone while performing Screen Mirroring.
- Try another mobile device or restart the mobile device if the connection is lost or if the mirrored screen is still distorted or out of sync.
