I Can't Turn Off or Turn On the Set-top Box when I use the IR Blaster Function

Solution
Follow the steps below to turn off or turn on the set-top box with your Android TV's™ remote control through IR Blaster function:
- On the supplied remote control, press the ACTION MENU button.
- Select Menu.
- Select Power (STB).
The set-top box will turn off. Follow the same steps to turn on the set-top box with the TV's remote control through IR Blaster function.
- Sony can't guarantee compatibility with third party devices. Some cable boxes will turn on and off with the TV's remote. However, there are some that don't. This is merely a compatibility issue.
