The image on my TV screen sometimes shifts

    An image shift on your OLED TV is due to a function setting called Pixel shift. This function shifts the image after a certain amount of time to prevent image retention on the screen in order to prolong the life of the display panel. It's recommended that this function is set to on.

    Steps to enable Pixel shift:

    1. Open the Settings menu. These options vary depending on the model year of your TV.
      • Using the Quick Settings button (For models released in 2019 or later):
        1. On the supplied remote, press the Quick Settings gear icon button.
        2. Select the Settings gear icon.
      • Using the HOME menu button:
        1. On the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
        2. Select the Settings gear icon.
    2. Follow the steps according to your TV menu.
      • Select Display & SoundExpert panel settingsPixel shift → set it to ON.
      • Select Display Expert panel settingsPixel shift → set it to ON.
