The sound of my OLED TV is unclear, uneven, or high-pitched

    Perform the following if you're having sound issues with your OLED TV.

    1. Go to the sound equalizer of your TV. Check the steps below depending on the available options.
      • Using the Quick Settings button
        1. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
        2. Select Edit → Sound settings → Sound Customization → Equalizer.
      • Using the ACTION MENU button
        1. On the remote control, press the ACTION MENU button
        2. Select Sound → Advanced settings → Sound mode related → Equalizer.
    2. Depending on the issue, check the table below and perform the necessary troubleshooting.
      IssuesTroubleshooting
      Voices are difficult to hear.Adjust the 125 Hz and 250Hz equalizer.
      Sound is uneven.Lower the 125 Hz equalizer.
      Sound is high-pitched and loud.
      1. Raise the 125 Hz equalizer.
      2. Lower the 2 KHz/4 KHz/8 KHz equalizers.
      The bass sound level is too low or too high.Adjust the 125 Hz equalizer.
