Follow these instructions to troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure that the connected device and the left and right units of your Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbuds are powered on.
- Check your Bluetooth® connection. If it's disconnected, try to pair your device and earbuds again.
- Reset your earbuds.
- The earbuds automatically reset when you place them in the charging case.
- Reset your earbuds to factory settings.
