How to replace an earbud or charging case will depend on your model. For more information, refer to the section for your model earbuds.
Note: The warranty does not cover the cost of replacing lost or damaged items.
WF-1000XM4, WF-SP800N, LinkBuds (WF-L900), or LinkBuds S (WF-LS900N)
If you lose or damage the earbuds, or the charging case, replacements are available for purchase.  Go to Parts and Accessories.
Note: Earbud tips are not supplied with the replacement earbuds and must be purchased separately.
After you receive the replacement, perform a standard initialization. Refer to your model Help Guide for instructions:
The earbuds and charging case are not available individually.
Other Truly Wireless models
The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other. These settings can only be configured at an Authorized Service Center with all three components present. For this reason, you can't simply replace one missing part.
If the charging case or one of the headphones is lost or damaged, send the remaining items to an Authorized Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be reset with the remaining components.  Go to Product Repair.
