Can't Mute the Sound from the Devices Connected Through the Optical out and HDMI ARC Using My MASTER Series TV Remote Control

The sound from devices connected through the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) and HDMI® (ARC) port of the TV can't be muted using the MUTE button on the TV remote control. This is a TV specification and part of the normal operation. Lower the volume or mute the sound from the connected device.
