A gray screen appears and Google Assistant doesn't work when the Microphone button is pressed
If you press the Microphone or Google Assistant button on the remote control without a network connection, a gray screen appears.
Note: The gray screen will disappear automatically after a few seconds.
A network connection is required to use Google Assistant. Make sure your TV is connected to the network and try Google Assistant again.
