Does not function, or does not turn on
Try the following:
- Set the headset in the charging case and charge for more than 10 minutes.
If the headset's indicators do not light while charging, the battery power for the charging case has run out. Charge the charging case.
- Hold down buttons (1) and (2) for about 30 seconds until the green indicators flash 2 times (Restarting).
- Use a pen, paperclip, or similar object to press the RESTART button on the charging case.
