The screen brightness does not automatically adjust

To help with screen brightness adjustments, check the following:

1. Make sure the Auto luminance level setting is turned on:
   1. On the supplied remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Select Display & Sound.
   4. Select Picture.
   5. Select Ambient light sensor.
   6. Select Auto luminance level.
2. Make sure the ambient light sensor located near the center bottom of the screen is not blocked by anything, such as a sound bar or the TV stand.
   Note: The brightness of the TV screen may not change due to reflected light. For details, check your TV instruction manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

If the screen seems is too bright, adjust the screen brightness to the desired level:

1. On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Display & Sound.
4. Select Picture.
5. Select Brightness, then adjust the setting as desired.
