There is noise, the sound is distorted, or the sound skips when using a USB transceiver

The issue may be caused by radio wave interference. Follow the instructions according to the connected device:

    Connected to a computer

    • Disconnect the USB transceiver, and connect it to a different computer port.
    • Move any device or cable supporting USB 3.0 away from the USB transceiver.
    • Remove all other USB devices and USB cables from the computer, if possible.
    • Move any metal objects away from the USB transceiver.
    • Place the headphones and the USB transceiver close together. Since the antenna is located inside the left unit, to avoid obstacles between the antenna and the USB transceiver it is recommended that you connect the USB transceiver on the left side of the computer.
Note: The built-in antenna (A) is located under the slider of the Left unit. The image uses the INZONE H9 model as an example.
    • Close unnecessary software, or restart the computer.
    • Disconnect the headphones and the USB transceiver, and reconnect them again.
    • Reset the headphones.
    • Initialize the headphones.
