When my device is connected to headphones using LE Audio, I can’t hear the ringtone or answer calls
When using a call app, meeting app, or connected device, you may encounter unexpected issues, such as not hearing incoming calls through your headphones or being unable to answer them.
To resolve this issue, it is recommended to restart the application or the connected device. If the issue still occurs, switching the connection to Classic Audio may resolve the problem.
- Open the Sony | Sound Connect app → LE Audio connection setting for headphones → Classic Audio only (the conventional connection method).
