How does multiplay work with PS4 Remote Play?
Multiplay overview
Multiplay gaming is supported with PS4 Remote Play as long as one player uses an Xperia™ device and the other player uses a device connected to the PS4™ console, for example, a DUALSHOCK™4 controller. This means that only one Xperia™ device and only one DUALSHOCK™4 controller can be connected to the PS4™ console at the same time. Also, both PlayStation® Network (PSN) IDs must be registered on the PS4™ console. Online multiplay is also supported.
