About the Sony account
- Tell me the sign-in information, etc. for my Sony account and Creators' Cloud membership.
- Multiple services are in use. For example, when you sign in to one service you are signed in to other services as well, or when you sign out of one service you remain signed in to other services.

Editing
- Can multiple people edit the same file at once, or can files be transferred to other accounts?
- The AI-based grouping or clip correction is not suitable. Clip correction is not available.
Errors
- Importing files or exporting clips failed. An error was displayed.
- When downloading files from Creators' Cloud Web or Master Cut (Beta) using Safari as the browser, a message is shown saying that the files cannot be extracted.
