Cannot get sound from the S-AIR® wireless rear speakers.

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot why no sound is coming from the rear speakers:

NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the rear speaker status after completing each step.

1. Make sure that connection has been established:
   1. The wireless amplifier should be set to Channel A and the Surround Selector set to surround, not surround back.
   2. Turn off both systems.
   3. Pull out both of the transceivers, and then push them firmly back in place until you hear a click.
   4. Turn on both of the units.
   5. Perform a reset on the main unit.
      • The green light on the surround amplifier should be solid green.
      • Both units should now be paired automatically.
      • You should now be able to hear sound out of the rear speakers. If there is still no sound, continue with the next step.
2. Change the ID setting in the Control Menu of the main unit to B.
3. Set the S-AIR ID switch on the surround amplifier to B.
4. Press POWER on the surround amplifier.
   • The green light on the surround amplifier should be solid green.
   • Both units should now be paired.
   • You should now be able to hear sound out of the rear speakers. If there is still no sound, continue with the next step.
5. Change the ID setting in the Control Menu of the main unit to C.
6. Set the S-AIR ID switch on the surround amplifier to C.
7. Press POWER on the surround amplifier.
   • The green light on the surround amplifier should be solid green.
   • Both units should now be paired.
   • You should now be able to hear sound out of the rear speakers. If there is still no sound, try the one-to-one pairing steps next.
8. Change the ID setting in the Control Menu of the main unit to A.
9. On the back of the surround amplifier, press the PAIRING button using a sharp-pointed instrument, such as a paper clip.
   • During the one-to-one pairing steps, the red light on the back of the unit will flash.
   • Once the pairing is established, both the red light on the back of the unit and the green light on the front of the unit will be solid.
   • Both units should now be paired and sound should be able to be heard from the rear speakers..
