If any of the buttons on the front panel of the car stereo receiver do not function follow these steps to try to resolve this issue:

- If the car stereo has a detachable faceplate, clean the metal contacts with a cotton swab lightly dipped, not saturated, with rubbing alcohol.
WARNING! There's a risk of personal injury. For safety, before cleaning the connectors, turn off the engine and remove the key from the ignition switch.
- If the vehicle has an Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), turn it off and on again.
- Press the RESET button to reset the car stereo.
If the issue still occurs, repair may be required. Go to Product Repair.
