This may occur if the Bluetooth® function of your HT-S100F soundbar is off. To turn it on, press and hold the (power), (input select), and - (volume) buttons on the soundbar at the same time for more than ten seconds.
If the issue still occurs, follow these steps to reset your soundbar:
- Press and hold the (power), (input select), and + (volume) buttons at the same time for more than five seconds.
- All indicators on your soundbar will flash three times.
- Unplug the power cord and plug it back in to a working outlet.
- Turn on your soundbar.
