Try either of the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart the TV.
- Stop the video chat app, then follow these steps to perform a Force Stop:
- On the remote control, press the Quick settings button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Select See all apps.
- Select the app.
- Select Force stop → OK.
