Front Panel Display (LCD) issues & solutions

    This article is for soundbars that have a front-panel display. Refer to the manual of your soundbar to check if there is a front panel display. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

    The front panel display on the soundbar indicates its status. This section addresses common issues related to the front panel display. Because several conditions could cause this issue, check if the issue is resolved after each step performed.

    Check the Brightness of the front panel display (DIMMER)

    If the Brightness setting of the Front Panel Display (DIMMER) is set to OFF, the display window will be blank. The status will only be visible for a brief moment after any operation.

    If your remote control includes a DIMMER button, press it to adjust the display's brightness.
