Can't turn on the AAC codec function of the soundbar

    If the Bluetooth® device connected to the HT-X8500 soundbar doesn't support AAC audio codec, the AAC codec function of the soundbar can't be turned on. Check your Bluetooth device manual if it supports AAC codec.

    Also, if the soundbar is already connected to a Bluetooth device, the AAC codec function can't be switched to on or off. You can only switch it after turning off the Bluetooth function of the soundbar.

    To turn the Bluetooth function off or on, on the soundbar, press and hold the Power button (power), Input button (input), and – (volume) buttons for more than ten seconds.

    • If the Bluetooth function is on, the HDMI® and BLUETOOTH indicators flash.
    • If the Bluetooth function is off, the Dolby ATMOS (Dolby) ATMOS and DTS:X indicators flash.
