Unable to adjust the Amazon Alexa volume

The volume on the Amazon Alexa™ personal assistant can be changed from levels zero to ten (0-10), 11 levels. To adjust the volume, face the device and say "Alexa" followed by the volume level you want. As an example, if you wanted the volume to be at 30% you would say "Alexa, volume 3."
