When I try to transfer content to the Walkman player, the Mac computer does not recognize the player
The player is not compatible with the Content Transfer for Mac software. You need to install additional software to transfer music content stored on a Mac® computer to the player.
An example of additional software is Android File Transfer (Google LLC).

Note:
- For NW-ZX500/A100 Series: When using a Mac computer with the M1 or M2 chip, the Android File Transfer software will not detect the NW-ZX500/A100 Series Walkman® player. This is a specification.
- For other models: You can transfer music content to the player with the Android File Transfer software. However, Sony does not guarantee all functions. Please contact the app provider for questions about the Android File Transfer software.
