Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue and check if the problem is resolved after completing each step.
- Using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, update the headphones to the latest version.
- Update all music streaming apps to the latest version and restart the playback device.
Note: Depending on the music streaming app, this issue can occur even when you aren't playing music with the app.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case, close the lid, and wear them again.
- Reset the earbuds.
- See Step 5 for instructions.
- Initialize the earbuds.
